Yes. A visitor visa or Super Visa refusal does not permanently close the option. Both options are available. Many of our clients complete their entire immigration process by phone and email without visiting the office. Others prefer to come in for their initial consultation, particularly for complex or refused cases where a detailed face-to-face review is helpful. If your work permit is expiring, your options include a work permit extension, a change to a different permit type, or restoration of status if it has already lapsed. The right step depends on your employer situation, your current NOC code, whether you have a job offer, and your PR eligibility. The response window is typically short — often 30 days — and the quality of your response directly affects the outcome.
